All desserts are gluten+ dairy free. Let me know any allergies you may have as alot of my baking contains nuts( cashews, almond flour, almond butter, coconut) everything contains natural sugar( except the chocolate chips if used have cane sugar) no refined sugar only the cleanest of ingredients are used .-- 100% pure maple syrup, agave syrup, + raw coconut/maple sugar. I don't use any processed white sugar, just sugars from the earth π
